Inspired by the enduring Nordic tradition of moving between warmth and cold, our Arctic Sauna Ritua brings together the elemental contrasts of Lofoten – the heat of the sauna, the minerals of the sea and the invigorating cold of Arctic waters. Aromatic Heat
The ritual begins in the warmth of our sauna, where aromatic oils infuse the air and encourage the body to slow down, unwind and surrender to the heat.
Seaweed Lofoten Salt
Our therapist will deliver an invigorating body scrub combining mineral-rich sea salts and locally sourced seaweed. Inspired by the waters surrounding Nusfjord, the treatment gently exfoliates and refreshes the skin while reconnecting the ritual to the landscape outside.
The Fjord
Step beneath a refreshing shower overlooking the fjord, washing away the sea salt and seaweed while taking in the stillness of the surrounding mountains and water.
The Arctic Plunge
