This opening weekend invites guests to experience Nusfjord as both a historic fishing village and a contemporary cultural landscape. The program includes: A community art panel with Fotografiska and local voices Workshops and participatory sessions A collaborative culinary evening merging Fotografiska’s conscious cuisine with Arctic ingredients Additional cultural programming throughout the village
Both artists will participate in an Artist-in-Residence program at Nusfjord. During their stay, they will experience the village not as visitors, but as temporary inhabitants—engaging deeply with place, community, and landscape.
