June In Nusfjord

June marks the beginning of summer in Nusfjord, when endless days of sunshine and the Midnight Sun transform the way we explore. Head out on a fishing trip under the warm Arctic sun, experience a RIB safari in the soft evening light, or enjoy a slow stroll to the lighthouse after dinner. For those with a more adventurous spirit, a guided hike into the mountains - overlooking the fjords at midnight, or even at two in the morning - becomes a truly rare and unforgettable experience. In Nusfjord, summer doesn’t ask you to hurry. It simply gives you more light to discover.

Karoline Restaurant - Summer Menu

Karoline’s Restaurant new summer menu launches on 1 June, inspired by the rhythm of the Arctic coast and the fleeting beauty of northern summer.

As daylight lingers late into the evening and fishing boats return quietly through the fjords, nature feels both raw and deeply peaceful. This season, our flavours are shaped by the landscape around us — the cold waters of Lofoten, wild forests and woodlands, alpine herbs, seasonal foraging, and small local farms awakening after the long winter.

It is a menu rooted in place, season, and the quiet abundance of summer in the North.
