Inspired by the harbour, fishing and the simple pleasure of gathering with good food by the sea, Aurora Matbar will offer fire-driven cooking, comforting classics, and generous dishes made for sharing with friends and family.
As the evening continues, Aurora becomes a relaxed bar by the sea, serving a curated selection of wines, local beverages and a new collection of Arctic-inspired cocktails.

This season, our flavours are shaped by the landscape around us — the cold waters of Lofoten, wild forests and woodlands, alpine herbs, seasonal foraging, and small local farms awakening after the long winter.
