Autumn dinner at Restaurant Karoline

At Restaurant Karoline we offer an exquisite breakfast buffet, and a fantastic dinner with a view of the sea and the weather.

As lasting memories are also created through the taste buds, the menu has been carefully composed by our chef, and it reflects the rich traditions of Nordic cooking and the abundant harvest from our saltwater kingdom. The menu is updated several times a year, and adapted to what is in season.

Now that it is autumn, the menu has been updated with many autumn ingredients.

The autumn menu

On this autumn’s menu, you will find, among other things, tartare with Jerusalem artichoke and chanterelles, langoustine, bleak roe and Norwegian salmon as starters. All with suitable accessories for season and taste.

Among the main courses you will find cod, lamb from Lofoten, duck breast from Holte Gård and a lovely mushroom risotto with autumn truffle. Again, all composed with autumn ingredients such as apple, carrots, celery, brusselsprouts and much more.

You will also find a lovely cheese plate on the menu, and not least two good desserts.
